Terms of Sale

Plain language note: This document covers the purchase of paid digital products (e-books, prompt sets, templates) sold by Hwanhan Studio via naffy.io and the Etsy shop. Due to the instant delivery of digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the file has been delivered.
§1

Seller details

1. These Terms govern the sale of paid digital products offered by Hwanhan Studio via the naffy.io platform and the Etsy shop.

2. The Seller is:

3. The Seller operates within the European Union and is subject to Polish law.

§2

Definitions

  • Seller — Agnieszka Głowacka / Hwanhan Studio, details as in §1
  • Buyer — any person purchasing a digital product
  • Consumer — a natural person purchasing for non-commercial purposes
  • Digital product — a paid item in digital format (PDF e-book, prompt set, template), delivered electronically
  • naffy.io — digital product sales platform; shop: https://www.naffy.io/hwanhanstudio
  • Etsy Shop — hwanhanstudio.etsy.com
  • Stripe — payment operator for naffy.io; Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; Stripe Privacy Policy
  • GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016
§3

Products and pricing

1. Hwanhan Studio offers digital products on branding, content creation and AI tools, designed for women entrepreneurs.

2. Current products are available at https://www.naffy.io/hwanhanstudio and hwanhanstudio.etsy.com.

3. Example products:

  • "50 Prompts: Write posts, bios and descriptions that sound like you — not like a bot" — PDF e-book with 50 prompts for social media content and service descriptions; price: 47 PLN

4. All prices are gross prices (VAT included where applicable). Prices on Etsy may be shown in EUR or USD.

5. Products are educational and informational in nature. The Seller does not guarantee specific business results.

§4

Purchase and payment

1. An order is placed at the moment of clicking the purchase button and completing the checkout form on naffy.io or Etsy.

2. The sales contract is concluded upon payment confirmation by the payment operator.

3. Payments via naffy.io are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Available methods include credit/debit cards and other options shown at checkout.

4. Payments via Etsy are processed by Etsy Payments in accordance with Etsy's terms.

5. After payment confirmation, the Buyer receives an automatic confirmation to the e-mail address provided.

§5

Delivery

1. All products are delivered electronically only — no physical items are shipped.

2. Via naffy.io: download link or access is provided immediately after payment confirmation — usually within minutes, maximum 24 hours.

3. Via Etsy:

  • Instant Download — file available immediately after payment, downloadable from your Etsy account under "Purchases and Reviews"
  • Made-to-Order — file prepared individually and delivered upon completion; Etsy will notify you when available

4. If you experience technical issues with your download, contact the Seller within 14 days of purchase.

§6

Right of withdrawal — exclusion

Important: In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the Consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

1. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon file delivery.

2. This exclusion does not affect your rights under the warranty for defects (§7 below).

§7

Complaints and warranty

1. The Seller is liable for defects of digital products under Polish law and the Consumer Rights Act.

2. Complaints must be submitted within 2 years of purchase.

3. To submit a complaint:

4. Please include: name, e-mail used at purchase, order date/number, description of the issue.

5. The Seller will respond within 14 business days.

6. Valid grounds for complaint include: corrupted or unopenable file, content significantly differing from the description, or file not delivered after confirmed payment.

7. Etsy complaints may also be submitted via Etsy Messages. The Seller will respond within 5 business days.

§8

Intellectual property and licence

1. All digital products are original works of Agnieszka Głowacka / Hwanhan Studio and are protected by copyright law.

2. Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Without the Seller's written consent, the following are prohibited:

  • Reselling the product or any part of it
  • Sharing the product publicly (websites, online groups, file-sharing platforms)
  • Using the product or its parts to create commercial derivative works
  • Removing author credits or Hwanhan Studio branding

4. Brief quotations with attribution (Hwanhan Studio / Agnieszka Głowacka) are permitted under applicable fair use provisions.

§9

Personal data

1. The data controller is Agnieszka Głowacka / Hwanhan Studio (details in §1).

2. Purchase data is processed to fulfil the order and meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

3. Data processors involved in purchase:

  • naffy.io — processes order and delivery data on behalf of the Seller
  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — processes payment data as an independent data controller; Stripe Privacy Policy
  • Etsy, Inc. — processes data in accordance with Etsy's privacy policy

4. Buyer data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

6. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to your data. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland: UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.

§11

Final provisions

1. These Terms take effect on 01.04.2026.

2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance to newsletter subscribers.

3. Amendments do not affect orders placed before the date of their entry into force.

4. These Terms are governed by Polish law. The language of the contract is English; in case of discrepancy with the Polish version, the Polish version prevails.
