Terms of Service

1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter: "Terms") set out the rules for using the website available at hwanhanstudio.com (hereinafter: "Website"), including downloading the free guide and subscribing to the newsletter.

2. The Website is owned by: Agnieszka Głowacka, operating under the brand Hwanhan Studio, sole trader, NIP: 6281967150, address: ul. Wiśniowa 14, 32-543 Myślachowice, Poland, e-mail: hwanhan.studio@gmail.com

3. Use of the Website is voluntary and free of charge (unless otherwise stated in these Terms).

4. Please read these Terms before using any features of the Website (including downloading the guide or subscribing to the newsletter).

5. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002.

• User — any person using the Website
• Lead Magnet / Guide — the free digital material "HANOK Method — free guide" (PDF), available after subscribing via the form on the Website
• Newsletter — regular e-mail messages sent by the Owner via the MailerLite platform
• MailerLite — external e-mail marketing platform, provider: UAB "MailerLite", Lithuania (EU), MailerLite Privacy Policy
• GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016
• naffy.io — external digital product sales platform through which the Owner offers paid educational materials; website: https://www.naffy.io/hwanhanstudio
• Etsy Shop — the Owner's shop available at hwanhanstudio.etsy.com
• Stripe — payment operator processing transactions on naffy.io; Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; Stripe Privacy Policy
• Digital product — a paid item in digital format (PDF e-book, prompt set, template), delivered electronically via naffy.io or Etsy

1. Use of the Website requires a device with internet access and a browser supporting JavaScript and CSS.

2. The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with its purpose, applicable law and good practices.

3. The following are prohibited:

• copying, reproducing or redistributing any content from the Website without the Owner's written consent
• actions that may disrupt the operation of the Website
• providing false information in forms on the Website
• using the Website for any unlawful purpose

4. The Website is not intended for persons under the age of 16. Persons under 16 should not submit their personal data through forms on the Website.

1. The Owner provides a free PDF guide titled "HANOK Method — free guide" (hereinafter: "Guide") in exchange for subscribing to the newsletter.

2. The Guide is delivered electronically to the e-mail address provided in the form, immediately after subscription is confirmed (typically within a few minutes — maximum 24 hours).

3. Access to the Guide is free and permanent — the User may use the file on their own device for an unlimited period.

4. The Guide is intended for personal use only. The following are prohibited:

• reselling the Guide or any part of it
• sharing the Guide publicly (e.g. on a website, in groups, on file-sharing platforms)
• removing information about the Owner and Hwanhan Studio brand marks

5. The Owner reserves the right to update or withdraw the Guide at any time — without affecting copies already downloaded.

6. The Guide is educational and informational in nature. The Owner does not guarantee specific results — outcomes depend on each User's individual situation.

2. The rules for purchasing, delivery, intellectual property and refunds applicable to paid digital products are set out in detail in the Digital Product Sales Terms.

3. Payments via naffy.io are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Payment data is processed by Stripe as an independent data controller — in accordance with its own privacy policy.

4. Due to the digital nature of the products and their immediate delivery, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the file or access has been delivered — in accordance with Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. 1. Subscribing to the newsletter is voluntary and takes place by completing the form on the Website.

2. Subscribing to the newsletter is required to receive the Guide. Consent is given knowingly by checking the checkbox in the form.

3. The newsletter is sent via MailerLite. The User's data (first name and e-mail address) are transferred to MailerLite as a data processor acting on behalf of the Owner. MailerLite complies with GDPR and holds appropriate certifications (Data Processing Agreement). More information: MailerLite Privacy Policy.

4. The newsletter may contain:

• information about new materials and products from Hwanhan Studio
• educational content on branding, design and working with AI
• information about special offers (when available)

5. The User may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by:

• clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any message
• sending a message to: hwanhan.studio@gmail.com

6. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not result in loss of access to the already downloaded Guide.

7. The Owner reserves the right to change the frequency and content of the newsletter, as well as to suspend or discontinue it — without giving reasons. In such case, subscribed Users will be notified by e-mail.

1. All content published on the Website — texts, graphics, logos, layout, the Guide, brand names (including "HANOK Method", "Hwanhan Studio") — constitutes the intellectual property of Agnieszka Głowacka / Hwanhan Studio and is protected by copyright law.

2. By downloading the Guide, the User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Without the Owner's written consent, the following are prohibited:

• copying or modifying the content of the Website or the Guide
• using them for commercial purposes
• creating derivative works based on them
• quoting without attribution (Hwanhan Studio / Agnieszka Głowacka)

4. Brief quotations with attribution (with source and link) are permitted in accordance with applicable fair use / fair dealing provisions.

1. If something doesn't work as it should — please write. I want you to receive what you signed up for.

2. Complaints regarding the Website or non-receipt of the Guide can be submitted:

• by e-mail: hwanhan.studio@gmail.com
• with the subject line: "Complaint — Hwanhan Studio"

3. A complaint should include: first name, e-mail address used when subscribing, description of the problem.

4. The Owner will respond to complaints within 14 business days of receipt, to the e-mail address provided.

5. If the Website or the Guide does not function correctly — the Owner commits to resolving the issue or (if not possible) informing the User of an alternative solution.

2. The Website uses only essential technical cookies (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel).

1. The Owner has taken all reasonable care to ensure that the content on the Website and in the Guide is accurate and up to date. However, the content is educational in nature and does not constitute legal, financial or psychological advice.

2. The Owner is not liable for decisions made by Users based on the content provided on the Website.

3. The Owner is not liable for interruptions in access to the Website caused by external factors (hosting failures, technical downtime).

4. External links on the Website (e.g. to MailerLite, Instagram, Etsy, naffy.io) lead to third-party websites — the Owner is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

5. The Owner is not liable for unavailability or technical errors of naffy.io, Etsy or Stripe resulting from causes attributable to those platforms.

1. The Owner reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users subscribed to the newsletter will be notified of material changes by e-mail at least 14 days in advance.

2. Changes take effect on the date indicated in the updated version of the Terms.

3. These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the User's place of residence (as a consumer) — in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure.

4. As a consumer, you have the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
